We are currently looking for a Human Resources Specialist for a reputable company in the Westerly, RI area. This is a direct hire opportunity paying 55-60k. Ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience with payroll, onboarding, and additional HR duties. Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll. Handle payroll adjustments and employee updates.

• Refer employee relations issues to HR leadership and assist with communication and follow-up.

• Provide HR support for employees, including recruitment, new hire orientation, and onboarding.

• Organize Employee Recognition Programs and events for multiple locations.

• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments.

• Maintain division policies, employee handbook, personnel files, and process unemployment claims.

• Attend safety meetings and complete HR-related tasks and reporting.
