Conduct inspections of retail and food service establishments selling Hemp-Derived Cannabinoids, Kratom and Dietary Supplement products to verify conformance to state and federal regulations including product labeling and certificate of analysis verification. Observe establishment operations and identify deviations from regulatory standards. Identify product misbranding, adulteration and any noncompliance to state and federal standards and take appropriate enforcement action. Provide education to industry partners and other agencies.
