Specific assignments and duties vary by site. Universal shared responsibilities include providing responsive, staff-centered support, and guidance to individual supervisees and team members on all aspects of BHN employment. In addition, the Clinical Manager provides administrative oversight for various clinic operational areas and/or on-call for urgent clinical needs which arise during clinic operation hours. The Clinical Manager is responsible for aligning agency initiatives with staff readiness and identifying any training which may be needed to close gaps in alignment. Your experience, knowledge, and skills will support the CBHC program with the following: Providing administrative oversight to clinic operational areas as assigned. This may include access/individuals served assignment, community contract management, evidence-based treatment/practice implementation, group facilitator supervision, new hire/intern training and support, or any other area of clinic operations. Documenting all operational activities per department protocol. In partnership with other CBHC/OP Directors, providing leadership, support and back-up coverage as needed to ensure that services are delivered per specification during operational hours. Facilitating team meetings, staff meetings, trainings, etc. as appropriate and per department protocol. Providing regularly scheduled individual supervision meetings for individual supervisees, per BHN guidelines. Documenting individual supervision sessions, per BHN guidelines. Supporting individual supervisees in establishing annual professional development goals; monitors progress on these goals throughout the year (at least quarterly). As assigned through access center: collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to provide brief assessment, comprehensive behavioral health assessment, and/or level of care determination based on evidence-based clinical tools and sound clinical judgment. Assessments may be walk-in/telehealth. What are we looking for in a Clinical Supervisor? Master\'s or Doctoral Degree in a behavioral health field required. Independent license in an eligible behavioral health field required. At least three year\'s experience supervising preferred. Experience and/ or training (or willingness to learn) working with individuals with co-occurring mental health and Substance Use Disorders (SUD). Must have broad knowledge of mental illness and treatment techniques, including adults with severe and persistent mental health needs or children with serious emotional disturbance. Must have familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates willingness and ability to treat challenging and diverse populations. Demonstrates cultural competence in dealing with individuals served with a variety of different cultural and social location backgrounds. Demonstrates working knowledge of community resources, and how to help individuals served access them. Additional Information Schedule Days - Weekdays & Weekends Schedule (Days/Time) - Varies within program hours of operation: M-F 8a-8p, S/S 9a-5p. # of Hours Per Week - 40 Required Language - English
