Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for one of our largest manufacturing clients in Northeast Ohio. Day to day responsibilities include forecasting, sales, commission and metric reporting, and conducting analysis around global revenue, responsible for providing this financial information to help support important decision making. They will be supporting their Leadership by developing and providing financial analysis, including sales trend analysis, gross margin analysis, spending and cost center analysis, sales commission analysis, headcount reporting, product line P&L analysis, and general balance sheet analysis. The Analyst will also be responsible for analyzing order entries, shipment, or backlog to identify different trends for multiple product lines.

Compensation:

$100,000-117,000

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting, or a related Business Management field.

 5+ years of relevant experience in the accounting or finance space.

o Experience with sales commission analysis, gross margin analysis, sales trend analysis, P&L analysis, robust analytics, etc.

 Familiarity with Power BI.

 Experience with OneStream or Hyperion.

 Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

 Exposure to the manufacturing industry or distribution operations. - Experience with ERP systems (IFS specifically). null
