Primary Purpose of this Position:

Leveraging expert technical leadership, support development of the maintenance standards and track execution for auxiliary equipment across the global network of can plants, while deploying change control procedures and TPM framework.

What will you be responsible for?

• Responsible for establishing global maintenance requirements for mechanical support equipment (compressors, vacuum systems, boilers, RTO and heat recovery, balers).

• Responsible for tracking and reporting on auxiliary equipment preventative maintenance execution across 60+ manufacturing sites globally.

• Work closely with Regional Preventative Maintenance leads to support best practice discovery, deployment and tracking.

• Support Global Spare Parts with necessary recommended spares lists, and create strategies to reduce operating costs.

• Work with procurement and Capital Standards resources to establish total cost of ownership across competitive supplier equipment.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Manufacturing or Maintenance Engineering with an electrical focus in Facilities Maintenance in a high speed manufacturing environment

• Support: Plant support equipment operation, training, problem solving, continuous improvement, overhauling.

• Mechanical Expertise: Machinery maintenance, mechanical systems, and preventive maintenance strategies, utilizing technical documentation effectively

• Data-Driven: Utilizing data to drive decision making.

• Project Management: Project management, resource allocation, budgeting, and financial analysis, with experience managing budgets.

• High School Diploma orBachelors Degree in Engineering - preferred.

• Knowledge of:

• Lean Manufacturing

• Document management systems and change control

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hiring Salary Range: $72,900 - $109,250. Salary to be determined by the applicants education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

• This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan, with a EVAIC Target of 12.5%. *If this role is offered/hired in another country, local market data will be used.

• This position can work remote, and will travel 20-30%.
