Citizens Digital Banking Sr Project Manager in Westwood, Massachusetts

Description

The Digital Banking Sr Project Manager position is part of the Digital and Omni-Channel Banking Town Management team, responsible for managing our capital budget and resources, as well as tracking progress against key department goals. The Senior Project Manager is adept at balancing program needs against budgets and partnering with business and systems partners to generate positive financial and delivery outcomes.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Partner with finance and Town Management team members to reconcile monthly spend against budget and forecasts

  • Assist with actively managing resource alignment and forecasting, ensuring timely hiring and resource movement across teams as needed

  • Proactively identify opportunities for improved budget management and propose options to maximize opportunities

  • Assist with quarterly town level reporting

  • Track SOW spend and assist with contract origination, renewal, termination, and amendments

  • Partner with Neighborhood Leads and Experience Owners to track progress against roadmaps and corresponding goals

    Qualifications:

    Required Skills/Experience:

  • 3-5 Years of consumer banking/financial products and business processes preferred

  • Experience financial and vendor management

  • Knowledge of Agile Delivery methodology, as well as Jira, Confluence, and MS Teams

  • Ability to collaborate effectively, take initiative and work as part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, across all levels of management

  • Ability to identify anomalies and trends in data and independently take action to mitigate risk or optimize outcomes

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance/prioritize requests

  • Flexibility and ability to acquire new skills to keep pace with changing systems and processes

    Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Knowledge of Planview, ARDM, and Oracle

  • Process Mapping and Process Improvement.

  • Prior experience with Agile Delivery as Product Owner, Scrum Master

    Educational, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:

  • Either 3+ years of experience as described above and/or a BA/BS in Business, Finance, or a related field

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40

  • Work Schedule: M-F 8-5 This is a hybrid role (3 days on site) from our Johnston RI or Westwood MA Office locations.
