Looking for a Nurse Practitioner (FNP or WHNP) to providecomprehensive care across the lifespan, with a focus on women’s health on Lyme,CT.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform annual and regular examinations on patients todiagnose various gynecological conditions.

• Perform various diagnostic tests on patients, whichinclude breast exams, pap smears, ultrasounds, hormone profile blood tests,colposcopies, and endometrial biopsies.

• Explain test results, diagnoses, and treatment options topatients.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & REQUIREMENTS

• Schedule: Monday to Friday 7a-3p or 8a-4p (noon-call).

• Patient Volume: 10 to 12 patients/day.

• Active CT License
