Scheduler for a Staffing Agency with an Excellent Company!
Experienced Scheduler for a Staffing Agency
PPS Agency supplies staff to facilities affiliated with National Health Care Associates Inc.'s network of nursing homes in the Northeast.
This is a Full-Time temp to perm position in a professional office environment.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Looking for a Scheduler to provide superior customer service to healthcare staff while problem-solving their staffing needs.
The hours are Monday-Friday with rotating on-call evenings/weekends (approximately once per month).
Primary Functions:
Schedule and monitor the skilled nursing/long-term care facilities for the Northeast's per diem RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
Replace any callouts in the facility
Must be available for On-Call rotation during the week and weekends (approximately once per month).

Qualifications of a Nursing Scheduler include:
Experience as a scheduler for an Agency within a healthcare environment
Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills
Ability to handle dynamic scheduling needs and adapt to last-minute changes
Ability to work and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience and the ability to relate tactfully and professionally with all staff
Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant and to remain calm during emergencies
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
