Registered Apprenticeship is the process of learning a skilled occupation through paid on-the-job training under the supervision of a journey level craftsperson or trade professional combined with related classroom instruction. The ideal apprenticeship candidate is ready to build a long-term career, prepared to interview, ready to go to work, willing to complete extensive on-the-job and classroom training, values feedback for improvement on the job, and is willing to remain communicative with Workforce Solutions about their experience on the job for at least one year after hire.

Assists the Installer or Lead Installer in the installation of residential HVAC equipment andaccessories. Work is performed under direct supervision. Note: Bilingual preferred, but not required. Must pass BGC and drug test.
