We are looking for a Director/Manager Financial Reporting to join our team in Wheeling, Illinois. In this role, you will be tasked with leading key financial processes, overseeing planning and forecast models, and managing the completion of business reviews. This role will also involve working with various data and trends to provide actionable insights for the business.

Responsibilities:

• Champion the company's financial processes and requirements, including annual plans, strategic plans, quarterly templates, and forecasting

• Maintain and improve net working capital

• Work proactively and cross-functionally to understand business data needs and opportunities

• Evaluate financial variances and report findings, offering insights and highlighting business concerns based on financial expertise

• Collaborate with the CFO to manage forward-looking financials, including forecasts, budgets, and strategic operating plans

• Review key financial metrics such as sales growth, earnings growth, operating margin, working capital percent, free cash flow, and more

• Monitor and provide solutions to risks and opportunities to the Leadership Team to influence timely business decisions

• Support the expansion of the business through M& A evaluation and due diligence, organic expansion, country, and regional market analysis

• Manage capital expense forecasts and track approval requests

• Use accounting software systems, enterprise resource planning tools, and other relevant technologies to perform duties effectively.

Requirements

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with BlackLine and EPS software

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Auditing skills

• Understanding of Balance Sheet Account

• Familiarity with Budget Processes
