This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse at the Employer's Location. The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medication, assisting in medical procedures, documenting patient information, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality care. QUALIFICATIONS: * Patient Care, Medication Administration, and Medical Procedures skills. * Documentation and Record-Keeping skills including EHR. * Phlebotomy experience helpful. * Collaboration and Teamwork skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities. * Current LPN license in West Virginia. * CPR certification. * Minimum one year experience in a clinical setting
