Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Water Operators with a minimum of 6 months experience within the oil & gas industry. This role involves working at a site near Wheeling, WV, with 2 day and night shift open.
Responsibilities
Staffed on fracs and stationed at pump stations.
Monitor tanks and set up/take down equipment.
Load, unload, and identify materials, machinery, and tools, and distribute them to appropriate locations according to project plans and specifications.
Store and stack material.
Tend to pumps and generators.
Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
Operate hand and power tools.
Essential Skills
Knowledge of construction machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
General labor experience in oil and gas, construction, landscaping, or as equipment operators and yard workers.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a team environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Valid driver's license.
High school graduate or GED equivalent.
Experience in the energy or construction industry is a plus.

Work Environment
This position requires working outdoors 24/7, including 12-14 hour shifts and night shifts. The work environment demands physical exertion, including lifting materials up to 100 lbs, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
