Job Summary: The CRM Specialist will work as part of a dedicated team to optimize the Salesforce platform to meet the needs of various business units. This position will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements, administer and enhance the system, provide technical support, and promote user adoption. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST’s Character Qualities.

Essential Functions: All expectations described in the job description’s essential functions are necessary to be successful in this role, performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• Consult with clients and stakeholders to gather and document user requirements, analyze business processes, and implement solutions to optimize Salesforce users' effectiveness.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by monitoring and maintaining systems, including backing up data, applying patches, and upgrading software versions to ensure security, reliability, and availability.

• Assist in event management, reports and dashboards, form development, communication campaigns, data uploads, and other routine tasks.

• Provide tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for CRM-related concerns raised by users, such as fixing bugs, errors, or performance issues, and answering user queries and feedback.

• Suggest improvements consistent with best practices and communicate any system changes, upgrades, or clarifications to end users.

• Customize and configure systems such as adding objects, fields, record types, validations, forms, and page layouts while coordinating all changes in accordance with the Change Management guidelines.

• Document and report on development activities, including creating technical specifications, progress reports, and project plans.

• Streamline business processes and improve data flow by integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications.

• Develop and execute testing solutions to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of CRM systems, such as creating test plans, conducting tests, and documenting results to identify and resolve any issues.

• Research and learn new technologies, platforms, and tools, to enhance their skills and knowledge and to improve solutions.

Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience in Computer Science and/or Finance required. Experience with Salesforce Platform and nCino Platform is preferred.

Required Skills and Knowledge: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Strong penchant for critical thought and innovation. An understanding of relational database concepts and data management is required. Committed to meeting deadlines and maintaining punctuality. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Possesses a servant's heart with humility towards building trusting relationships. Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Working Conditions: Normal office conditions. Some travel required related to conferences and training.
