Electrician\ Immediate opportunityisavailable foratalentedElectricianwhowantto become part of the Johnson Controls team.OurElectrician handleselectrical installations, repairs, and maintenanceof industrial machinery. The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical systems,possessproblem-solving skills.

What You Will Do:

• Installs power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipmentsuch as robots, conveyors, and programmable controllers.

• Connects power supply wires to machines andequipment andconnectscables and wires between machines and equipment.

• Diagnoses malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, and lightingfixtures and replaces damaged or broken wires and cables.

• Tests malfunctioning machinery and discusses malfunction with other maintenance workers,such as Maintenance Millwright, Factory Specialist, Tool and Die Maker, and departmental supervision to diagnose malfunction.

• Replaces faulty electrical components of machine such as relays, circuitboards, switches, and motors, and positions sensing devices.

• Maydiagnosesand repair or replace faulty electronic components, such as printed circuit boards.

• Replaces electric motor bearings and rewires power to motors.

• Plans layout of wiring and installs wiring, conduit, and electrical apparatus in buildings.

• Diagnoses and replaces faulty electrical/mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment.
