About the Role:

This role is a multifaceted one, focused on keeping the organization running smoothly and efficiently. It involves managing projects, tracking their progress, and reporting on their status relative to quarterly and annual goals. The role also supports organizational governance by monitoring key performance indicators and ensuring accountability towards those goals. A key aspect of the role is facilitating the operational rhythm of the business, which includes scheduling meetings like operational reviews and executive readouts, tracking action items, and coordinating across teams. Finally, this role is responsible for clear communication and documentation, drafting deliverables and statuses to keep teams aligned, and developing standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in processes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Help track and provide status on projects - reporting vs quarterly / annual goals.

  • Support governance and tracking for organizational performance indicators, key results, accomplishments, challenges and progress vs. quarterly / annual goals.

  • Monitor and schedule ‘rhythm of the business’ including operational reviews, executive readouts, and program or special topic updates, action item tracking and team coordination.

  • Draft communications deliverables and statuses to align multiple teams - enabling coordination to drive project and process progress.

  • Develop documentation and SOPs to ensure consistency in processes.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in data center operations or project management.

  • Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and network systems.

  • Experience with data center operations management software (e.g., DCIM).

  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred

  • Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks

  • Knowledge of data center design and construction standards

  • Experience with energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
