As aTechnician,you will be responsible for testing/inspecting new products to meet manufacturers requirements. You will troubleshoot, diagnose and repair a variety of lithium-ion batteries from the individual component level. Youll be providing a critical service for the best customers from all over the world from general, business and commercial aviation. We have high standards for the purpose of achieving perfect function providing the customer with reliable and quality products. To be successful in this role, youll need great aptitude for fine, detailed mechanical work and to really understand the value of accuracy. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ONE DAY TO THE NEXT

• Perform final test on new manufactured, repaired and/or overhauled battery units for conformance with manufacturers requirements
• Critically inspect and verify accuracy of Test Data sheets.
• Coordinate with technicians and lab manager, as necessary, regarding testing and documentation
• Support Quality Control functions such as drawing errors, procedure conformance, and process modifications to gain efficiency
• Ensure compliance to FAA Part 145 regulations and customer requirements
• Constant handle, feel and manipulation of small objects
• Occasional lift and carry independently up to 50 lbs.
