\ This position will design, develop, and implement training for various departments and areas as well as perform analyses to support a systematic approach to the training process. This position will work closely with the areas to develop and maintain a task list and partner with the various departments to ensure that training is utilized to help the business achieve its vision.

\ How You Will Do It

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain training materials used for training programs (this will include but is not limited to: written procedures; video procedures; troubleshooting guidelines; safety training, etc.)

• Execute training in various environments to ensure manufacturing staff is trained and qualified as required

• Assist in developing and maintaining an effective training program

• Maintain training documentation and qualification guides for employees from various departments

• Conduct training needs, job, and task analyses as well as performance analyses when required

• Conduct training program reviews, research, and assessment as requested by supervision

• Prioritize work and support others to ensure deadlines and predetermined schedules are met

• Utilize vendors, contractors, and other employees to make decisions and when necessary

• Be a self-starter and hold self-accountable for commitments and results

• Develop and maintain new hire training guidelines and evaluation schedules

• Work with the hourly employees to ensure that all employees training needs are being met and coordinate any required training

• Follow up on any Learning & Development related issues.
