Description We are offering a contract for a unique role in the industry, with the potential for permanent employment. The position is based in WILLIAMSVILLE, New York, 14221-7033, United States. In this role, you will be expected to handle complex transactions, process customer transactions, and provide support to business and team members.

Responsibilities:

• Handle unique transactions that cannot be processed through the platform

• Process customer transactions and update, correct, or alter these transactions as requested

• Address platform inquiries promptly and accurately, adhering to established service level agreements

• Support the adoption of the Xvantage platform

• Maintain the integrity of data and generate quality reports and metrics

• Analyse data to provide meaningful insights and identify trends

• Work collaboratively with Account Managers and Business Owners to convert opportunities into outcomes

• Provide general support to the team

• Optimize business processes to increase the usage of the platform. Requirements • Exceptional proficiency in Customer Service.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Proven experience in Reviewing processes.

• Mastery of Microsoft Outlook.

• Prior experience in Supervising a team.

• Proficiency in Metric Reporting.

• Demonstrated ability in Optimization strategies.

• Strong background in Data Analysis.

• Ability to effectively Resolve Issues.

• Experience in Order Entry procedures.

• Understanding of Business Process Functions.

• Proficiency in the Go programming language.

• Excellent Effective Communication skills.

• Familiarity with Service Level Agreements.

• Ability to provide valuable Insights.

• Strong commitment to maintaining Data Integrity.

• Experience in handling Customer Transactions.

• Demonstrated commitment to Data Quality.

• Experience with Transactional operations.

• Proficiency in various Microsoft Technologies.

• Ability to Provide Insight based on data analysis.

• Experience in handling Complex Transactions.
