Summary Statement -This position serves as the Work Opportunity Tax Credit Program Coordinator. The position is responsible for the management and processing of the WOTC applications submitted and serves as principle contact to employers or their assignees who submit applications.

- Plans, develops and administers a small statewide program; evaluates and recommends program policies, procedures and operational changes.
- Develops program eligibility questionnaires and related promotional/informational materials regarding the program policy and procedures, fees and requirements.
- Establish and maintain regular contacts with program stakeholders and explains policies, procedures and program requirements to the general public.
- Prepares program budget, grant proposals and grant administration; tracks and monitors funding collected and disbursed.
- Analyzes and takes corrective action regarding operating practices and procedures including personnel, workflow and cost reduction.
- Provides information concerning the program to the media, community, and other interested groups. Establishes and coordinates a state-wide marketing system.
- Prepares a variety of records, reports and summaries relative to the program.
