Super Service Today Licensed Sprinkler Fitter in Wilmington, Massachusetts

As a Licensed Sprinkler Fitter, you will play a vital role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems in both commercial and residential settings. Your responsibilities will include: Blueprint Interpretation: Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to determine the layout of fire sprinkler systems. Installation and Testing: Installing and testing various types of fire sprinkler systems, such as wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems, ensuring functionality and compliance with safety standards. Inspections and Repairs: Conducting inspections, troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs on sprinkler systems to ensure they meet safety regulations and standards. Collaboration: Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other team members to efficiently complete projects and ensure the smooth operation of sprinkler systems. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including materials used, hours worked, and any issues encountered during installation, maintenance, or repairs. Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Qualifications: Valid Sprinkler Fitter license. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers, office staff, and coworkers. Professional demeanor when interacting with clients in their homes and businesses. Thoroughness in inspections and accuracy in quoting replacements or repairs. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Sprinkler Fitter. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and specifications. Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and related equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Commitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations. Your Skill Set: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to learn and perform multiple technical tasks, with a willingness to periodically upgrade skills. Adherence to company policies and procedures.
