Job Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager that will assist on support for evenings on both Med 1 and Med 2 units. At least 3 years of experience in acute care with leadership experience preferred.
Schedule: Full Time; 40 hours per week. Will need to work afternoon/evening hours. 8 hour shifts exact schedule to be determined (possibly 4pm-12am/ 5pm-1am)
Department: both Med I & Med 2 (medsurg)
Location: New Hanover Regional Medical Center

Qualifications
Education : 4 year Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, required. BSN preferred. Graduate Degree, preferred.
Experience : Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, Required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, Required. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications.
Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
