Description What you will do: This position will provide direction and leadership to Stores department employees to ensure inventory is properly stored, secured and accounted for. In addition, you will provide inventory receiving oversight to ensure material meets company certification specifications and requirements. Position is also responsible to develop inventory measurements to ensure department efficiency standards are met. Additionally, the position will provide employee training and create work schedules for employees. This position reports to the Stores Manager. What you need: High School Diploma OR GED 2 years lead or Supervisory experience 3 years' experience in a Stores/Stockroom environment Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Proficiency with Inventory Management Software Must be able to work any shift Preferred skills: Bachelor's degree in business Airframe & Powerplant License preferred Physical Requirements: Ability to 30 pounds Ability to work outside periodically Ability to climb and lift articles above head Ability to work at height of 20 feet Schedule: 1st shift Qualifications Education High School (required) Licenses & Certifications Drivers License (required) Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
