Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Wilson, North Carolina
Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Customer Service Representative in Wilson, North Carolina. The role primarily involves providing administrative support, handling customer inquiries, and performing data entry tasks. This position requires a full commitment on-site, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls with professionalism and accuracy
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
• Enter data accurately and efficiently into the system
• Handle email correspondence and schedule appointments as necessary
• Monitor and manage customer accounts and take appropriate actions
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for various administrative tasks
• Support the call center operations and contribute to its efficiency
• Ensure all orders are entered correctly and promptly into the system
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a balance between the two. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, addressing customer's needs and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Previous experience in a call center customer service role is highly desirable
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints or issues with patience and understanding
• Accurate and fast data entry skills to ensure customer information is correctly recorded
• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently, responding to customer queries in a timely manner
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a high standard of service in all interactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and documentation purposes
• Experience in order entry, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and promptly
