Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer service, placing orders, and resolving any issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and emails promptly

  • Accurate data entry skills are VITAL for this position

  • Entering/Processing orders into systems

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints

  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred

  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet

  • Familiarity with client services and sales techniques

Job Type: Potential Full Time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift, Monday-Friday

Ability to Relocate or Commute:

  • Winchester, VA: Relocate/Commute before starting work (Required)
