Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to join a successfully growing team in Richmond, VA. As a general contractor, we perform commercial work at a high level, specializing in healthcare, schools, education, and nursing facilities. Our projects typically exceed $50 million in size. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in managing large-scale commercial projects.

• Conduct subcontractor visits

• Digital and field mock-ups

• Virtual Design requests

• BIM model navigation

• CPM schedule building and refining

• Proficient with P6

• LEAN scheduling

• Project sequencing

• Last Planner method

• Short Interval Production Schedule management

• Recovery schedule building

• Budgeting from a LEAN perspective

• Project closeout within 30 days

• Large pre-construction meeting management

• Estimating and preconstruction

Soft Skills

• Effective communication

• Team supervision

• Coordination and evaluation of staff

• Scheduling and agenda creation

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Winchester, Virginia.
