Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various technical and operational tasks within our production, quality control, or laboratory departments, contributing to the development and manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and execution of laboratory experiments and analyses under the guidance of scientists or technicians.

• Support production operations, including equipment set-up, maintenance, and monitoring.

• Conduct quality control tests to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols.

• Document and maintain accurate records of experiments, ensuring all data is correctly entered into databases.

• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Follow all safety and environmental regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols and procedures accurately.

• Basic understanding of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety practices preferred.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Previous internships or relevant coursework in a laboratory or manufacturing environment are a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
