Job Title: Temporary HR Assistant Duration: 3-4 Months Location: Windsor, CT Company: TLD Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Temporary HR Assistant to join our team for a 3-4 month period. The HR Assistant will support the HR department with data input, administrative tasks, and various HR projects. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in HR and contribute to the efficiency of our HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Input and update employee information in HR databases and systems. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee records. Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents. Schedule meetings, interviews, and training sessions as needed. Support various HR projects Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Perform other related duties as assigned by the HR Manager or HR team. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role is a plus. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is a temporary, full-time position (3-4 months).
