Sodexo in now hiring our innovative Director of Facilities Operations for our client partners at Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas. Competitive salary with bonus and relocation! Our experienced FM professional will manage the contract in a very proactive manner maintaining consistent communication with the college clients. Our leader will be a change agent and move the business forward in a culture of accountability with strong adherence to Sodexo procedures.

Our team is focused on student success - assuring the needs of the students are anticipated and met with a sense of urgency. Strong financial acumen, excellent budget reporting skills and discipline, strong technical and software skills are critical to success in the role. Our leader will build and maintain the relationship with our client at a very high level of professionalism. Experience working with 3rd party contract is preferred.

What You'll Do

• Provide leadership as an experienced FM professional with HIGH Energy

• Remain focused on student success and assuring the needs of the students are anticipated and met with a sense of urgency

• Identify and solve problems proactively by walking through a building doing an inspection - avoiding a potential disaster

What You Bring

• 5 years of experience at Director Level Facilities Management in a higher education setting

• Experience building a culture of accountability with strong adherence to Sodexo procedures

• Experience managing communication multiple times per day with C-Suite level clients

• Sense of urgency in assuring the needs of the students are anticipated and met

• Demonstrated history of proactive approach in problem solving skills
