Novant Health Assistant Nurse Manager, ANM- NICU in Winston Salem, North Carolina
Job Summary
Relocation up to $7,500!
Schedule : Full Time, 40 hours, 3:00 PM -3:00 AM. Three 12 hour shifts with additional four hours for paperwork etc built into FTE. Monday-Friday with some weekend call (averages at 1 weekend per month), holiday rotiation required.
Department : Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Title: Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM)- p rovides clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level.
Location : Forsyth Medical Center, Winston Salem, NC
Unit Info: P rovides expert, around-the-clock intensive care for premature and seriously ill babies born or transferred here from outlying counties. Our specialized team works to help bring little ones home as soon as possible.
Requirements: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required, BSN preferred. Current RN licensure required. Candidates must have 3 years of recent NICU experience & prior leadership experience.

Qualifications
Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN, required. Graduate Degree, preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred.
Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications.
Additional Skills Required: Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
