Job Summary
The Manager, Administrative Services, provides administrative and project support to the SVP, Chief People & Belonging Officer and the People & Culture department, leads a team of administrative and project professionals, and serves as a key representative of the department to internal and external partners.
This role serves as the primary point of contact for all matters for the CPBO, and performs daily operations such as calendar management, prioritization of meeting requests, budget oversight, presentation preparation, project management, event planning, and other office operations. The Manager, Administrative Services manages internal and external communications with discretion and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be highly-skilled in Power Point, Excel, Infor and other tools to support efficient communications and operations, and will develop and lead the team of executive assistants to drive collaboration, efficiency, and engagement.
Job Relationships: Reports to and receives assignments from SVP Chief People & Belonging Officer.

Qualifications
Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree in related field, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
Experience: Five or more years of experience in a project, administrative, or communications role , preferred.
