Joining HandR Block as a *Tax Associate means you will have the support of an expert team dedicated to providing you with the tax training you need to be successful. • Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools - video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration
• Grow your tax expertise

*Your Expertise: *

• Successful completion of the HandR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course^1^
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with virtual tools - video, phone and chat
• Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone and in writing
• Must meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements
• High school diploma / equivalent or higher [SS1]{#msoanchor1}
