JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for an electrician to join our fast-paced service team at Chula Vista Resort. The responsibilities of the electrician will be trouble shooting issues and completing work orders throughout the resort. Tasks may include but are not limited to the following: *Record and report time, materials, faults, deficiencies, or other unusual occurrences on work orders. *Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring. *Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment. *Work with department leadership on purchasing supplies *Electrical will be the primary focus but all aspects of the resort maintenance may be assigned. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: *5 Year Experience *Must have an advanced understanding of all electrical. Must be proficient in electrical trouble shooting of resort voltages. *Must possess the ability to replace electrical components when needed. (Breakers, switches, receptacles, fixtures, disconnects, ETC.) Physical Requirements: ***Must be able to lift 25-30lbs. and occasionally up to 50lbs. with assistance. Body Positions: Standing, carrying, and walking for extended lengths of time. Body Sense: Have full use of eyes and ears, full power of speech.
