We are partnering with a Manufacturing industry Company located north of Boston in Burlington that is seeking a qualified candidate with two plus years of Accounts Payable experience for a full-time position. salary: $59,000 - $62,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Primary Company contact for all Accounts Payables matters.

• Receive, enter, and process invoices for expenses and inventory goods for resale purchases.

• Assist with the resolution of purchase cost variance issues and vendor invoice discrepancies. Reconciliation of purchase order clearing account.

• Process invoices paid by employees' credit cards and complete monthly reconciliation of the Company's credit card accounts.

• Communicate with vendors regarding payment schedules, credits, invoice discrepancies, disputes, and other finance-related inquiries.

• Process check and electronic payments.

• Cross-train on other Accounting Department functions and perform other support tasks as assigned
