Description We are looking for a meticulous Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team located in Woburn, Massachusetts. You will be instrumental in managing customer accounts, processing applications, and resolving inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and process customer credit applications

• Maintain a high level of accuracy in customer credit records

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Perform account reconciliation duties to ensure accuracy

• Manage billing processes and cash applications

• Conduct cash collections and commercial collections operations

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP in daily operations. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is necessary

• Must have experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Able to handle Billing tasks efficiently

• Knowledge of Cash Applications is required

• Experience in Cash Collections is compulsory

• Should have expertise in Commercial Collections

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Oracle is a must

• Knowledge of QuickBooks is necessary

• Must be skilled in using SAP software
