Mechanical Assembler

Description:

With minimal supervision, you will assemble, build, modify, troubleshoot, adjust, and functionally test a wide variety of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration assemblies. You will refurbish and rework units requiring detailed knowledge and skill to position and interrelate numerous parts and mechanisms to high workmanship standards. You will work from blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, sketches, and verbal instructions. You will set up and perform operations such as wiring, electrostatic discharge wiring and assembly, soldering, refrigeration charging, brazing, deburring, and tube bending. Functional tests include pressure leak testing, refrigeration leak testing, heat load testing, thermal capacity testing, and hy-pot testing. Additional responsibilities include adjustments, maintenance, lubrication, and maintaining necessary tools and measurement devices. You will also perform work in other cells and related duties as directed, while maintaining a clean work area and observing all safety rules.

Shift:

7am - 3:30pm (Monday through Friday)

Pay:

$20/hr - $22/hr
