Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team for a leave coverage. This role is critical in ensuring efficient operation of training and performance management processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure timely completion of performance reviews and provide technical assistance when needed.

  • Monitor and track performance management activities, generating reports to provide insights and status updates to HR leadership.

  • Assist in the development and communication of performance management tools, templates, and best practices.

  • Help coordinate performance improvement plans and ensure follow-up actions are tracked.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, content updates, and troubleshooting.

  • Coordinate course enrollments, track attendance, and manage training completions and certifications.

  • Generate LMS reports on learning progress, course completion rates, and training effectiveness.

  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or a similar role, with experience in LMS administration and performance management processes.

  • Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (Knowledge Anywhere, TrakStar) and HR systems.

  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with reporting tools.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
