We are on the hunt for a Project Manager to join our team in the Advertising industry, located in Somerville, New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, coordinating tasks, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines and deliverables using tools such as Atlassian Jira and Basecamp.

• Oversee all project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.

• Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Utilize cloud technologies and CRM systems to maintain accurate project records and databases.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the project.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery.

• Oversee event planning and coordination as part of project management duties.

• Implement budget processes to ensure financial efficiency in projects.

• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively relay project updates and information to all involved parties.

Requirements • Possess strong knowledge and experience with Atlassian Jira

• Proficient understanding of Cloud Technologies

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Familiarity with Database management and operations

• Experience with EO/IR systems is a plus

• Knowledge of About Time software is advantageous

• Proficient in Agile Scrum methodology

• Understanding of Budget Processes within the advertising industry

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
