Description We are offering an opportunity for a skilled Accounting Clerk within the healthcare industry. The role is based in Woodland Park, New Jersey. This position provides a valuable opportunity for someone proficient in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP. This is a short-term contract opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.

• Maintain precise records of customer credit.

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable duties.

• Perform account reconciliation tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

• Assist in the billing process and ensure all invoices are processed correctly.

• Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks.

• Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure all financial duties are completed efficiently. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, Oracle, and SAP

• Experience in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to handle Billing and Invoice Processing tasks effectively

• Strong data entry skills

• Knowledge of healthcare industry accounting standards and regulations

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of accounting

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
