Job Title: Quality and Compliance Specialist

Ministry: Trinity Health PACE

Position Purpose: As the Quality and Compliance Specialist at Trinity Health PACE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our medical services, home care, and contracted services meet high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will support our Quality and Compliance Director in coordinating quality assurance, performance improvement, and compliance activities, ensuring ongoing readiness for surveys and audits.

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate quality assurance and performance improvement activities across medical services, home care, and contracted services.

  • Collect, analyze, and manage data, developing action plans with the interdisciplinary team.

  • Ensure readiness for regulatory surveys and audits, maintain scorecards, and prepare quality metrics reports.

  • Develop audit tools, corrective action plans, and lead performance improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate on workflow and documentation with the Quality and Compliance Director and maintain infection control programs.

  • Support grievance and appeals processes and contribute to the development and maintenance of quality improvement documents.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with two years of quality/compliance or performance improvement experience, preferably in healthcare.

  • At least one year of experience working with frail or elderly populations.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
