Facilities Maintenance Manager: Private Maintenance Company Looking for a Crew Leader/Foreman to work with and lead a small crew performing facilities maintenance across 75,000 sq. ft. Maintenance The position requires a general or skilled knowledge in many areas of construction and maintenance. The facilities routinely require Electrical Work, Roofing, HVAC, Grounds Maintenance, Construction and Repair. The position requires operation of construction equipment, plowing, asphalt repair and more. This is an ideal role for someone with a broad range of skill and strong leadership qualities. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to take on responsibilities and grow a career in this field. Both hands on work and management are required for this position. Must have over 5 years experience and a valid drivers license. Commercial Drivers license is a plus.

The pay for this job is directly related to your experience, abilities and leadership: Job is: Full-time, Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour, Expected hours: 40 per week
