About You

Have you got a way with numbers, an eye for detail, and the ability to make magic under pressure? Then you're perfect for our Planning Administrator position! Reporting to our E-commerce Planner, you'll be assisting the stock whisperer, making sure they get the right products at the right time for our amazing daily deals. By assisting with your Excel wizardry and analytical brain, you'll assist in juggling stock levels, data, and numbers effortlessly, all while keeping things running like clockwork. You're innovative, detail-obsessed, and thrive in a fast-paced environment—basically, you're the secret ingredient to our success!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing product information.

  • Analysing pricing for potential orders.

  • Reviewing order details to ensure they are processed accurately.

  • Capturing data into our system to process orders.

  • Fulfilling the deal loading process of all stock to be bought in.

  • Exporting sales data on Excel to assist the planner and planning assistant with stock forecasting.

  • Exporting warehouse stock data to manage stock levels.

  • Assist in compiling buy-in proposals with relevant information to motivate a purchase.

  • Following up with the procurement team to ensure orders are delivered in time.

  • Liaising with warehouse teams when order discrepancies occur.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate between all relevant departments when acquiring and managing stock.

  • Utilising internal systems to monitor current stock levels and assist the planner with stock management and forecasting.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary degree (BCom preferred)

  • Intermediate level of Excel experience

  • Proficient MS Office skills, with a strong focus on Excel.

  • Analytical with an aptitude for numbers.

  • Ability to be innovative and think outside the box.

  • Great multi-tasker.

  • Team player.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to adapt and work well with different departments.

  • Displays initiative in the working environment.

  • Constantly striving to improve processes.

  • Organised and detail-oriented.
