Your Key Responsibilities

• Continuously improve and refine the Schaeffler production system for your assigned area, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

• Design and implement measures to optimize productivity in core and support production processes.

• Utilize crucial engineering techniques to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

• Collaborate in the development of engineering strategies that drive success in key organizational fields.

• Assist in aligning capacity demand, budgets, and investment projects for optimal operational performance.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field

• CAD Software experience

• SAP MRP system Knowledge

• Understanding of Lean Principles (e.g. Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, FIFO, etc.

• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
