TEKsystems HYBRID Client Services Representative in Worcester, Massachusetts

Our financial services client located in Westborough, MA is currently hiring Client Service Representatives, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door in the financial services industry!

Job Description:

Provides quality customer service and support to customers daily, including phone interaction, problem resolution, and account transaction processing in a timely manner. Under direct supervision, performs less complex operational tasks in a product or functional area, including processing, balancing, settling, and servicing all types of security transactions. Respond to customer inquiries. Investigate and correct errors in customer accounts and statements. Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries. Records details about customer inquiries. Helps resolve complicated customer complaints. Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution. Familiarity with MS Office is required.

• Will communicate with Brokers, Shareholders, and Stockholders regarding fund account

• Will be responsible for fielding inbound calls regarding these accounts

• Update account data in multiple systems and software with multiple screens

Qualifications:

• Prior Call Center/CSR Experience

• Financial Services / Stock Experience (preferred)

• Ability to understand or have the capability to learn stocks, SEC regulations, and legality around financial institutions.

• Ability to think on the fly/proactivity problem solve/use resources before asking management

  • Bachelors Degree (business, communications are most successful, but they are open) AND Customer Service Experience (retail)

OR

  • Elevated call center customer service experience - inbound calls, with a high level of professionalism, clear communication skills

  • Must have an interest in finance

    Work Environment:

    • Training: 100% in office, training shift will depend on the trainer’s schedule, anytime between 8a-5:30p

    • Normal Shift: you will be given an 8-hour shift anywhere between the hours 8a-8p, M-F.

    • After Training - Hybrid- 3 days in the office, 2 days from home

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
