Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance:

• Perform routine inspections, lubrication, and adjustments on industrial machinery.

• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and documentation procedures.

• Troubleshooting and Repair:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

• Replace worn or damaged parts and components.

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.

• Equipment Installation:

• Install new or replacement equipment according to specifications.

• Align and calibrate machinery.

• Safety Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.

• Identify and report safety hazards.

• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

• Complete work orders and other required documentation.
