OUTREACH MANAGER Seeking a full-time (37.5 hours/week) Outreach Manager. The Outreach Manager\'s job responsibilities include: overseeing outreach efforts and programs to raise awareness about the organization\'s mission and all agency programs, building and maintaining relationships with diverse communities and stakeholders. Plans and executes outreach events, conferences, and workshops and attends as a representative of the agency. Analyzes the performance of outreach efforts and develops recommended plans to align with the organization\'s DEI values and agency mission. Bachelor\'s degree required. Three years of experience in associated field required. Bilingual skills preferred. Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills required. Computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft products (Excel, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint) and working within a database. Ability to multi-task and establish priorities, in a fast-paced environment. Must have moderate physical mobility; Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds. Use of a reliable vehicle including active vehicle insurance with a current license to drive required. ? A hiring bonus will be awarded in 2 parts, half at 120 Days, and half at 1 year of active employment. The bonus for this position is \$1,000. ? No holidays or on-call ?
