You Have: 4+ years of experience with DE tool integration or MBSE principles and tools Experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler or MagicDraw, to capture systems engineering data across product life cycles using SysML Experience with modular open systems approach (MOSA) design principles and technologies Experience with DoD architecture standards and framework Knowledge of Agile systems engineering methods and tools Ability to provide direction, coordination, and guidance to the systems engineering team Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience with DE data modeling or analysis tools, including ANSYS Model Center or STK Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks, including DoDAF or SysML 2.0 Knowledge of the aerospace and defense industry with systems engineering for C2 systems Ability to plan and deliver capability demonstrations in an agile cadence Ability to grow a team of systems engineers and provide thought leadership with how best to implement systems engineering on an agile executed project Ability to produce solutions independently or with a team Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering Object Management Group(OMG)Certified System Modeling Language Professional (OCSMP)Model User and Builder Certification INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
