As an Manufacturing Manager at Mondelēz International, you will play a key role in strategically guiding the factory towards manufacturing excellence and building the plant’s competitiveness within the internal supply chain. You will be responsible for managing all production Sections within the Plant to provide safe and punctual production of high quality finished products. What is more,you will be responsible for the continuous improvement of key processes in the plant, with a particular focus on production, planning, maintenance, safety, and quality aspects, as well as optimizing the flow within the factory.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Contributing to the creation and implementation of best practice manufacturing vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance;

  • Managing, coaching and developing a high performing manufacturing team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements

  • Ensuring realization of production plans and manufacturing goals – KPI’s;

  • Effective and efficient managing the production of the required daily/weekly/monthly targets in line with customer specifications, meeting quality and delivery expectations, minimizing costs where possible and ensure the required best working practices are maintained at all times

  • Ensuring that the manufacturing facility adheres to safety regulations and that workers operate in a safe environment;

  • Building a culture of work based on safety, quality and lean

  • Introducing and managing new manufacturing methodology, tools and technologies and systems to improve productivity

  • Managing the manufacturing budget, including controlling costs related to labor, materials, and overhead;

  • Monitoring and analyzing actual data of manufacturing departments to maximize the effectiveness of the production.

The Experience You Will Bring:

  • Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position - extensive plant level experience with significant proven supervisory experience;

  • Knowledge of modern methods of production both in the technical aspects and the elements of management;

  • Experience in team management, and multi-level structure;

  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing;

  • Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making

  • Fluency in English, Polish considered an advantage;
