Tasks & responsibilities
As a Specialist you are responsible for the transactional A-Z processing, the operationalization, and the professional support in the area of Payroll & Time Management following internal and external compliance regulations
The regular maintenance of employee data, processing of tax issues, new hires and terminations, managing interfaces and auditing the Time Management & Payroll data to ensure accuracy in the payout execution are part of your daily job
You will create the time-specific reports, conduct the subsequent quality management, and perform the annually recurring time management activities (e.g. submission of holiday entitlements)
You will also be accountable to answer inquiries related to Payroll and Time Management with simple to very complex substance by phone and e-mail using our case management system
You may work on projects and in the environment where we use targets to measure the service quality
As the owner of at least one complex competence center (e.g. Time Management) you are in close contact with relevant stakeholders and provide updates or trainings to the team.
About our future employee:
You should speak German & English languages (min. B2) and have min. 2-3 years of experience in supporting employees/customers in Austrian Payroll & Time Management activities with the willingness to learn on the job.
Additionally, we are looking for:
Completed higher education preferably in HR field or related areas
Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, and service orientation
Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization
Country-specific knowledge in Time Management
Proven ability to capture complex issues in a solution-oriented working style (e.g. in the HR 3-pilar-model)
Preferably working experience in Process Transition & Transformation
Preferably working experience with SAP, Interflex, Workforce, ServiceNow, MS Office (advanced in Excel) and SuccessFactors
