General Summary:

Job Target:

1.Ensure equipment in good working condition, control machine unscheduled downtime under target.

2.Control the consumption of machine spare parts, actively develop or participate in cost reduction project.

3.Cooperate with production team to ensure product quality and production output meet requirements.

Scope & Responsibilities:

1. Daily machine spot inspection and troubleshooting, ensure machine in good working condition.

2. Implement periodical machine PM as per schedule and internal calibration of measuring equipment

3. Ensure all the records completed and correct which is related equipment maintenance including machine downtime etc.

4. Responsible for the replacement and maintenance of damaged spare parts of equipment, and control the consumption of spare parts of equipment.

5. Responsible for machine setup and debug, conversion, programming etc.

6. Assist engineers to preliminarily confirm abnormal products and provide handling suggestions.

7. Effectively execute the duty of environmental protection and safety in production.

8. Assist engineer to solve major equipment issue, handle process issue and train fresh technician.

Following responsibilities apply to technician leaders:

1. Responsible for the management of discipline and work attendance of shift technicians, business coordination between production and engineering department

2. Daily shift report.

3. Motivate the enthusiasm, initiative, and team-work spirit of technician team.

Professions:

1. Familiar with pneumatic components and loop control, can understand mechanical parts drawing or electrical schematic diagram.

2. Have certain demand in English reading and writing, as well as computer operating.

3. More than 2 years working experience in equipment maintenance or process relevant.

4. Graduated from Polytechnic School or High School( or above) in mechanical or electrical engineering.

5. Good teamwork spirit.
