3rd Shift Production Supervisor

About us Advanced Rubber Products is a custom rubber molder for industries that are critical to American manufacturing. During the pandemic, we helped keep Americans safe and able to work remotely. We are searching for a Production Supervisor to oversee all manufacturing operations from 3PM-11PM. You will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of our manufacturing process to assure teams carry out the process that will produce product that exceeds customer quality and meets delivery requirements at maximum efficiency. Other requirements include delegating tasks to production operators, addressing employee issues and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. If you have excellent organizational and team management skills and experience managing a team, wed like to meet you.

Responsibilities -Delegate tasks to production operators and supervise their performance -Maintain a fully-stocked inventory for the next shift -Periodic quality audits of product -Load/unload trucks as needed -Help staff resolve on-the-job challenges -Close the facility (when responsible for the last shift) -Inform the next Shift Leader about pending tasks -Report maintenance and training needs

Skills -Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or relevant role (preferably in a manufacturing environment) -Positive Attitude -Excellent communication, both verbally and electronically -Excellent organizational skills -Team management abilities -Punctual, with no attendance issues -Self-starter, ability to identify tasks and willingness to complete them -Computer literacy - Experience/Familiarity with Microsoft (Word, Excel, etc.) is a PLUS!

Shift: This is a 3rd shift position, 11:00pm - 7:00am, from Sunday night thru Friday morning

Salary: $49,400/year - $52,000/year
